TVN is currently marooned on a high-rise parking garage in Waveland, Mississippi, waiting for Isaac s storm surge waters to recede to a point which would allow escape. Above is their latest video showing what Reed estimates to be a 10+ foot storm surge pounding their location, accompanied by the most intense hurricane-force winds of the storm.
